This blend has essential oils that are also useful for high blood pressure
10 drops Lavender
3 drops Ylang Ylang
5 drops Bergamot
5 drops Lemon

Directions: Blend oils in a clean, dark-colored glass bottle.

  • Add 1-2 drops to a tissue, cotton ball or gauze pad and place it inside your pillow.
Use a carrier oil, such as Jojoba oil, add a few drops of the essential oil blend and rub it into your shoulders.
Put a few drops on the bottom of your feet and rub it in. The bottom of the feet have very large pores so the oils are immediately absorbed and go into the blood stream.
Use these blends in a diffuser an hour before bedtime. Keep the diffuser going throughout the night.

Essential oils are a vital source of plant healing and are becoming more  popular being used as complimentary medicine. Extreme care should be taken when using essential oils in these different practices.

As a certified aromatherapist I only use Young Living because they are the best therapeutic grade, safest essential oils in the industry.  Young Livings seed to seal practice, farming methods, and non toxic distillation ensures the end product essential oil as having the best quality constituents.

In my practice I use the essential oils in many ways. They are applied and absorbed through the skin and I ingest many of them.   Therefore safety is of utmost importance.  I consider Young Living the safest, therapeutic grade essential oils on the market.
