Traveling And An All-Natural Energy Drink – They Go Together

September 27th, 2016 by Audrey Weidman

Last week I had the honor and privilege of traveling to Vancouver with my 83 year old mom.  It has been a dream of hers to see this marvelous part of the world.  She knows she’s getting older and wanted to visit while she is still able-bodied.  She invited me to come along as long as I paid for my airfare and made all the arrangements for travel!  I was in!  I love traveling and wanted to make sure my mom got to enjoy her dream vacation.  We stayed downtown, we took a ferry to Victoria Island, and even drove up to Whistler.  A pretty active vacation for anyone – but so proud of my mom who walked at least 10,000 steps per day and some days almost 20,000 steps.  An accomplishment for almost anyone.

An All Natural Energy Drink That Works!

So why am I writing about this?  It isn’t just to brag about my travels, it is about something that helped make the traveling easier for me and my mom.  Most mornings I have a cup of green tea in the morning. But when you travel across time zones, and mornings are grey  – you kinda crave something.  (It is no coincidence that on almost every corner where we visited is a coffee or tea shop).  But instead of coffee I enjoyed some REV3 – USANA’s all natural energy drink.  I had never wanted  to try the usual energy drinks like Red Bull or Monster.  I was afraid of what was in it.  But USANA’s energy drink is different.

The sweeteners in this drink are low glycemic. The caffeine comes from a blend of white, green and black teas and it includes anti-oxidants and phytonutrients from Korean ginseng, and Rhodiola rosea.  (I got this from WebMD – Rhodiola is so-called “adaptogen” to help the body adapt to and resist physical, chemical, and environmental stress. It is also used for improving athletic performance, shortening recovery time after long workouts, that is beneficial to your health and stamina).   Check out the complete list of ingredients below.

My Experience with REV3

I opened the powdered drink packet and added it to my water bottle and boy or boy!  I had a nice smooth increase in energy with #REV3 that just maintained! Much more even than the jolt that coffee gives you and a very pleasant lemony tea taste.

Try This Healthy Energy Drink On Me!

I recommend you give this a try.  Or heck, to the first five people who would like a sample of this sent to them for FREE, email me here to get started.    And even if you aren’t part of the first five, USANA offers no risk shopping on all of their products.  If you don’t like it, USANA will accept returns and refund your money.  Simple as that!  To order, visit my USANA website here.

  1. I love the sound of this, Audrey! I’m often traveling cross country with a van full of dogs, and the days are long. I, too, have avoided commercial energy drinks, but this one is so healthy, with such great ingredients. Thanks for sharing!

    • Audrey Weidman says:

Yes – I was afraid of Red Bull and Monster – with names like that, how can they be good for your body. Rev3 is a kinder, gentler, all-natural energy drink

That sounds great! I never heard of that brand before. I will keep an eye out for them.

    • Audrey Weidman says:

Sabrina USANA products are only available through representatives as it is a direct sales business. Today USANA was featured on the Doctor Oz Show. It’s the real deal – the highest quality nutritionals.

  5. ROSLYN says:

I am a USANA customer & will talk with my rep about adding it to my next order. Sounds wonderful & your mom is fantastic for taking on her dream.

  6. Awesome… we all need a little kick. Oh.. you are with Usana too… like Bev.. welcome then. We need to do whatever we can to improve our health

  7. I’ve never been a fan of the commercial energy drinks either. I remember a perfectly good bottle of Dom ruined by a bottle of Red Bull. Ever since then, I just can’t stomach the stuff. It’s nice to hear there are pick-me-up alternatives!

    • Audrey Weidman says:

I’m with you on that. I always thought of energy drinks as the stuff that young men drink – rather irresponsibly too. But REV3 is really great.

Energy drinks are all the rage now, but I’ve found that almost all contain caffeine. Even if it’s naturally occuring caffeine, I can’t have it – I’m super sensitive. But I’m glad it helped you and your mom enjoy that dream trip!

  15. Tamuria says:

This sounds great and a really useful drink to have when you are travelling.

  16. You visited on of my favorite places–Whistler. We ski there every year and, if we KNOW there is snow, it is great for a White Christmas. Magical town!

This really sounds quite interesting. While I’m not typically an energy drink person, this sounds very good. Thanks for sharing.

  19. Sounds terrific. I usually just stick with coffee first thing in the morning, and then black tea later on.
